We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• Candles must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
• Body oils must be unopened, unused, and sealed.
• Room sprays must be unused and unopened.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

🛠 Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away at Ninethirteencandleco@gmail.com with your order number and photos. Please allow 1-2 business days to review and get back to you.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

🤝 Local Delivery / Pickup Policy
Orders delivered or scheduled for local pickup are non-refundable. If you miss your scheduled delivery or pickup, no refund will be issued — even if the request falls within the 14-day window. This includes:
• Custom orders
• Sale orders
• Regular orders
No show = no refund.
