First off, thank you for considering us to be apart of such a very special day, we strive to make this process budget friendly, and stress free. Tell us what you want and we will make it happen AND congrats to you, your family, and your new baby✨


This would be a custom order, once you submit your request, you will get a email to start the process with the subject line stating your order number and “baby shower candles”. We will go over how many you want, what sizes, design and price.

 If you do not respond to the email within 24 hours we will send a follow up email, along with a text message if you left your number on file.  


We will discuss a theme for the labels (inspiration/invitation picture would be very helpful), what you would like the labels to say, the color of the candle container, and the scent of your choosing.

The baby shower package will Include a free 12 oz candle for mama. 

4 oz candle color options: white, rose gold, gold, silver, and black

The 4 oz candles are strong enough to fill a smaller room full of scent

8 oz color option: white, black, champagne, bubble gum pink, mint green, and gold 

The 8 oz candles are strong enough to fill larger spaces. 

once theme is discussed, you will be sent a picture of the design along with how it would look as a circle label, once confirmed an invoice will be sent and the candle making process will start.

candles will be ready in 1-3 days after confirmation of the label and shipping will be free.

I know this is a lot of information but all of this helps us create the perfect label for you!

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. We do not ship Friday–Sunday — weekend orders ship the next business day.

Returns:

  • Cancellation deadline: Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving the goods to cancel an order. 
  • Return eligibility: Customers must meet certain conditions to be eligible to return goods.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. please contact us via email at ninethirteencandleco@gmail.com and provide pictures along with your order #.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Candle Care Instructions

To get the most out of your candle and keep things safe:

  • Let it pool: On the first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges. This prevents tunneling and ensures a strong, even scent.
  • Trim your wick: After the first use, trim the wick to 1/4” before each burn. This helps avoid black soot, debris, and uneven flames.
  • Burn smart: Always place your candle on a flat, fire-safe surface — away from drafts, curtains, and anything flammable.
  • Safety first: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from kids and pets.
  • When to stop: Discontinue use when about 1/2” of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.
  • Recommended burn time 4-6 hours
